Steve Daoud

Steve has built production software for more than fifteen years. He was an Engineering Lead at the Cabinet Office, where he built critical applications and architected some of the Civil Service's most sensitive systems.

Before Tidebridge he was Principal Engineer at Valence, and worked as an engineer at Nokia, Protocol Labs and Google. He's designed public-facing services that helped eight million Americans find their polling station, and natural-language search that matches people to the right healthcare provider.

As Head of Engineering, Steve sets the standards every Tidebridge build is held to: code review, automated testing and deployment, continuous security scanning, and how we use AI internally, safely and securely.
